doc. JUDr. Martin Janků, CSc.

doc. JUDr. Martin Janků, CSc. works as a university teacher and expert advisor. He is also a court interpreter, member of professional committees, scientific councils of faculties and universities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. For a number of years he served as President of the European Council for Business Education, an international association based in Brussels. Since 2005 he has been a permanent arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic in Prague. He deals mainly with European Union law, international law and commercial law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of J.E. University Purkyně in Brno (today Masaryk University).
