Online workshop Introduction to the Neuroscience of Coaching and Leadership

On Wednesday, April 5, 2023 an online workshop on Introduction to the Neuroscience of Coaching and Leadership took place under the leadership of experienced lecturer JUDr. Vladimír Tuka, MCC. Together we looked at what coaching and leadership have in common, we learned why the principle of neurodiversity is important for coaches and leaders and why we need to think carefully about our actions with the help of others. Through the SCARF model, we were introduced to the unconscious, powerful driving forces that are our social needs. And we understood that both coach and leader must acquire skills that will contribute to whether they use these powerful forces to overcome challenges or turn them against each other.
