Workshop: How to Negotiate the Best Outcome

On Saturday, February 8, 2025, the workshop was held under the guidance of doc. Ing. Ondřej Vojáček, Ph.D., introducing participants to proven negotiation methods used by the FBI and Harvard.

During the session, participants learned key principles of effective negotiation and how to apply them in practice — whether in negotiations with competitors, customers, or within their company. The workshop also highlighted common mistakes negotiators make and provided tips on how to avoid them. It concluded with a discussion where participants could share experiences and receive feedback.
