Bc. Ing. Radim Trávníček

Radim Trávníček is an IT and Security Manager, trainer, auditor and consultant with more than 13 years of experience. During this time he had the opportunity to lead the IT and Security Department and thus be responsible for the IT and Security operation for a company with branches in 6 European countries and a branch in the USA (4500 employees). His task was to cover the entire management of the department and IT/Security technology from the preparation of the budget and its defense, setting up and managing individual processes according to best practice in the field (ITIL, ISO 27001, PCI DSS), managing and leading people in individual branches and defining their goals, create and defend the IT and Security strategy for the next period, prepare selected branches for the required certifications and, last but not least, meet the requirements of management, customers and clients and work on development projects in the field of IT and Security. Today, he runs a consulting company in which he specializes in helping organizations grasp and manage IT and information security.
