Lenka works as a career counsellor, methodologist, and lecturer of adult educational programs. She has been dedicated to personal and professional development for 12 years and enjoys supporting the growth of individuals and teams, helping them discover new perspectives.

Originally, she studied cultural and social anthropology, which provided her with a unique insight into the diversity of human behaviour, motivations, and values. She applies this knowledge in her work with people, focusing on their individual needs and helping them find their path to professional and personal growth. She is fascinated by how the combination of inner motivation, skills, and effective tools can lead to transformation not only in careers but also in personal lives. She is also inspired by the constantly changing world of technology and its impact on how people work and communicate.

She is a qualified career counsellor for educational and professional pathways according to the NSK, holds a certificate in the Swiss CH-Q career model in the area of quality and competence mapping and career planning at level 1, and a certificate from the National Institute of Education in the E-career+ program for Educational and Career Counseling. She has also completed a course in Experiential Career Counseling based on Thomas Diener’s method. Her professional development has been significantly influenced by study visits to Sweden and the United Kingdom.
