doc. Ing. Jana Hinke, Ph.D.

Jana Hinke works at the Faculty of Economics of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and also at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. In addition, she is engaged in bookkeeping and lecturing. She is a member of the Czech Economic Society and the Czech Pedagogical Society. She focuses on financial accounting and accounting according to IAS/IFRS. In the course of her master’s studies, she also completed pedagogical studies, among other things. As part of her doctoral studies, she dealt with the valuation of assets in accounting. Since March 2019, she has been an associate professor in the field of Industry Economics and Management. She is the author of many articles published in professional magazines, contributions at domestic and foreign conferences and four monographs published by Grada Publishing. Publication activity in scientific journals is focused on the field of financial accounting in the world concept, taxes and business economics. In the field of research, in addition to the accounting reporting of small and medium-sized enterprises, she focuses on the issue of indirect taxes and the adaptation of enterprises to the conditions of Society 4.0. As part of his academic activity, she is the guarantor of several subjects in the field of accounting. She worked on several projects for the University Development Fund and strives to effectively convey knowledge and skills in the field of accounting.
