doc. Ing. Ondřej Vojáček, Ph.D.

Ondřej Vojáček is a university worker and negotiator. During his professional career, he worked as a consultant, the solver of a number of scientific and research projects and a university teacher. He mainly dealt with the evaluation of the impact of regulations on companies and the national economy, the economics of water and air protection, and the optimization of the implementation of European legislation in the field of the environment. In the area of ​​regulation, he specialized in tradable emission permits, integrated pollution prevention and control, energy efficiency, the Water Framework Directive and the wider context of environmental regulation. He is the author of several professional studies, articles, teaching materials and is the co-author of several books and monographs.

In the field of negotiations, he works as a negotiator and lecturer for companies and private individuals, as a company advisor and consultant. He is the author of the negotiation training. In the field of negotiation, he specializes in negotiation techniques and strategies, negotiation psychology (body language, manipulation, team and group negotiation dynamics, managing emotions in negotiations) and negotiation training program.
