Martina Hrušková has many years of managerial experience in people management and customer care. After leaving corporations, she founded and led the Czech branch of SHL, a global leader in talent identification and development. For the past thirteen years, she has been working as a consultant specializing in assessment and development centres for managerial and key positions in companies in the CEE region. As a certified coach, she works with her clients on their professional and personal goals. She conducts workshops and management skills training. Martina offers a varied combination of approaches and activities based on her many years of experience and expertise gained in both managerial and consulting practice. In her work, she tries to match the individual needs of the individual with the goals and needs of the organization.
