Ing. Roman Kořán, Ph.D.

Ing. Roman Kořán, Ph.D. graduated from the University of Entrepreneurship in Ostrava with a degree in Economics and Management, where he also studied andragogy and psychology. Since 1990 he has been in private business mainly in the fields of management, education, PR, advertising, marketing and he has also used his knowledge in his work as a spokesman for the town of Mariánské Lázně. In 2009-2014 he taught at the University of Management Informatics and Economics in Prague, where he taught courses in Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Communication and Innovation. In 2010, he established international cooperation with ESMA Barcelona, which has a branch in the Czech Republic – the Czech Management Institute. Here, as part of the MBA program, he teaches Marketing, Management, International Management and Management of Organizational Structures. For several years he has been cooperating with the Management Institute, the Czech Management Association and the Czech Institute for Franchising (CIFRA). He is also a graduate of the SMARTER Training & Consulting company’s CERTIFIED LECTURER/TRAINER Development Program.
