JUDr. Pavel Jindřich

Since 2006, JUDr. Pavel Jindřich has been working as an expert advisor for labor relations and HR. He lectures on employment law at in-house and open trainings and workshops, especially the application of the Labor Code and related legislation and its current changes in the practice of HR, management and other senior employees. In doing so, he gives a number of examples from practice. He has been involved in mass redundancy and outplacement projects. Prepares audits of work rules, internal payroll and other regulations, and HR templates. Since 1991 he has been working in the field of labor law and HR, where he was, among other things, a corporate lawyer and HR manager of a production plant with 700 employees of Unilever ČR, spol. s.r.o. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague.
