Mgr. Michaela Kuba Mrštíková

Mgr. Michaela Kuba Mrštíková is a graduate of the Faculty of Arts in Human Resource Management and Andragogy at Charles University in Prague. She has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years in positions related to personnel management. She has been working in top management positions for 9 years, currently at TRW Carr, s.r.o. as HR manager. She has extensive experience in managing and building teams, mentoring and coaching talent, leading workshops and project meetings. She has been a certified Leadership trainer since February 2013. She is guided by the motto: “Live and Let Live…”.
