Mgr. Valerij Valerjevič Seničev, Ph.D.

Mgr. Valerij Seničev, Ph.D. is a psychologist, consultant and one of the authors of the European ECQA Diversity Manager certification program. It addresses issues of career, professional development and meaningful work. She is the co-founder of Educamp.cz, a platform focused on providing consultations and training in the field of professional development, talent management, career management and self-motivation. She specializes in Future Skills and diversity work. She is a graduate of gender studies and psychology at Masaryk University. She is also a graduate of economics and management in the doctoral program at Brno University of Technology. She completed 3 foreign exchange stays in expat management, CSR and diversity management. She enjoys participating in activities and conferences on the future of work and Future Skills, such as the two-day Future Port Prague event.
