PaedDr. Ing. Kateřina Bočková, Ph.D., MBA
PaedDr. Ing. Kateřina Bočková, Ph.D., MBA currently works as a project manager for sport events and many organizational projects. She focuses her practical, scientific research, teaching and publishing activities in the field of economics and management with an emphasis on project management. She is the author of numerous articles and publications in the field of project management, as well as several important books. She graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Brno University of Technology, majoring in Economics and Construction Management. During her postgraduate studies at the same faculty she focused on the study and application of project management. She transferred her practical experience into the MBA graduation professional training program focused on project management. She received her pedagogical education in the Teaching of Economic Subjects program. From 2002 to 2011 she was an assistant professor at the Faculty of Management and Economics at Tomas Bata University in Zlín. In 2004-2005 she headed the Institute of Business Economics. She is currently an assistant professor at DTI University in Dubnica nad Váhom. She holds the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Management and Economics, where she comes into contact with many educational, organizational and research projects. She lectures in bachelor, master and MBA accredited study programs at home and abroad. Lecturer in Project Management in several training and educational institutions.
