PhDr. Ing. Petr Mašín, Ph.D., DBA

PhDr. Ing. Petr Mašín, Ph.D., DBA is a graduate of Czech Technical University – Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and MBA program at the University of Economics and Management. His further studies focused on psychology and sociology with a focus on human resource management and he received a doctorate in philosophy. He focused on strategic management issues and completed his studies in the DBA program. He defended his dissertation in the field of research on analytical tools for decision-making processes in 2019 and received his Ph.D. He is now enriching his theoretical knowledge with further studies in the field of business management and economics. After many years of business experience, he worked for about 10 years in the top management of Czech and multinational companies as a sales and marketing director. He is the author of a number of e-learning courses for the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, co-author of a monograph, author of a number of professional articles and contributions, and worked as a consultant for the management of European Structural Funds projects for the Ministry of Agriculture. Currently, in addition to lecturing at universities and preparing MBA study programs, he is also engaged in consulting and advisory activities for the corporate sphere and state administration, coaching managers and activities related to business management.
