On 23. 6. 2021, lecturer Michaela Kuba Mrštíková explained to us the risks of burnout syndrome and ways to prevent it. Thank you to all participants for an inspiring evening. We hope that it helped you and that you got a lot out of it. We look forward to seeing you again next time!

We would like to thank all the participants for their abundant participation in our last workshop entitled Head in the sea or all about stress in this time and how to deal with it better, which was led by lecturer Jana Peclová. On 11.11.2020, our first online workshop took place on the topic: Emotional leadership. We were guided through the workshop by Ing. Yvona Charouzdová, lecturer, coach and director of Talent Management Center International.

On Tuesday, September 8, 2020, a bonus workshop was held on the topic: Authenticity not only for leaders. Students and other participants were guided through the workshop by Mgr. Petra Uhlíková, PCC, lecturer of MBA specializations and certified coach. We believe that you took away many new insights and food for thought from the lecture. Wednesday's inspiring workshop on the topic: How to find your way around personal and professional development approaches and methodologies was really successful. The participants were guided through the workshop by Mgr. Valery Senichev, Ph.D., psychologist, career counselor and lecturer at ESBM.

Thank you all for participating in another bonus workshop on Communication and communication skills, which was guided by PhDr. Marie Hes Svobodová, Ph.D., lecturer of MBA specializations at ESBM.

The Wednesday workshop with the topic Priority management taught us how to work with priorities in work and everyday life. ESBM lecturer Ing. Lenka Lamešová guided the participants through the workshop.
