An online workshop: Silence Your Inner Critic and turn negative thoughts to your advantage was held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. The event was be led by Monika Kukoľ Sochorová, a professional coach with ACC certification.
Each of us has an inner dialogue that is not always kind. Neurologists and psychologists call this automatic negative thoughts (ANT) – and we all have them. They are part of our evolutionary makeup because the brain is wired to protect us from danger.
Bad news? We can never completely get rid of negative thoughts.
Good news? We can learn to work with them. Once we start recognizing them, we can gradually redirect them so they don’t hold us back but instead help us move forward.
