For me, studying at ESBM represented a significant development in my career, particularly in the field of leadership. Pursuing an MBA and later a DBA made me reflect on my own leadership style. I realized that a successful leader must prioritize their team first and foremost. Experienced tutors showed me how to achieve this. Now, it’s up to me to apply the knowledge I’ve acquired in daily practice. Thanks to ESBM, I can be an effective leader for my team.
