I decided to study at ESBM because I felt an inner need to further develop and educate myself. I see the greatest benefits in individual contacts between students and lecturers, but also in the application of individual modules to my professional managerial life. The combined form of study is completely satisfactory for a working student and adequate for the volume of all study material. I highly appreciate that each lecturer brought his practical experience and skills to his field, thereby enriching not only the theory, but especially the practical side of the study. From my point of view, I would definitely recommend studying at ESBM to all managers who want to continue working on their personal and professional growth. The proof of this is that I also became a lecturer in the ESBM team.
