In the module, students get acquainted with the nature and functioning of the financial and stock market. They will learn to orientate in investment instruments, securities, financial derivatives market or penetrate into the essence of collective investment. The module also focuses on current development trends in global and domestic financial and stock markets.
Forex Trading
Today, the forex market is the largest and most important financial market in the world due to its incredible volume and variability. Trading in foreign currencies, or forex, is an investment tool that allows you to value investments depending on currency movements or mutual exchange rates between the two currencies. In the module, students get acquainted with the nature and functioning of forex trading and also gain valuable information about the main participants in this market.
Real Estate Investment
The aim of the module is to acquaint students with the structure and functioning of the real estate market and to draw attention to its current trends and specifics. During the module, they will learn the rules and procedures related to real estate trading and penetrate the essence of investing in the rapidly changing real estate market. They will also get acquainted with tools for calculating economic efficiency for the purchase of real estate and return on investment.
