The second block of study is specialized block and consists of three educational modules, which the student completes within his specialization. The modules of the specialization take place within one course day. Students choose an exact date from a wide range directly in the student section.

Innovation Management
Pro-innovation culture, support of creative thinking, acceptance, analysis and subsequent implementation of suitable inventions into practice is the key to maintaining competitiveness in a market economy and a desirable tool to promote prosperity. Thanks to this module, students will gain an overview of different types of innovation, management rules and the course of the innovation process. Potential barriers will be analyzed, as well as an evaluation of the success of the implemented innovation.
Methods and Techniques of Innovation Management
The module is very practical. Students will follow up on the module “Innovation Management”, gain knowledge of various methods and techniques of innovation management and learn to use them in practice. Emphasis is placed primarily on methods and techniques that are suitable for the initial stages of the innovation process. Students will also work on case studies focused on real innovation projects.
Innovation Process Management
Within the module Management of Innovation Processes, students will gain theoretical and practical knowledge related to the entire innovation process. They will learn to design, decide on and manage appropriate innovation strategies. The management of innovation processes is also closely linked to quality management, as improving quality often means the need for innovation.
