Systematic Planning and Organising
The module is focused on expanding students’ competencies in the field of basic managerial functions – planning and organising. Planning is a priority managerial function, which includes a number of activities focused mainly on setting goals and ways to meet them. With regard to the formulated goal, organisational structures are then formed and create a suitable environment for achieving the goals of the organisation. Organisational structures should also respond to very changing environmental conditions.
Leadership, Stimulation and Motivation of Employees
Leadership and stimulation of employees is one of the very important functions of a manager. It basically consists of persuading and activating subordinates by the manager so that all the set goals of the company are met. The selection of a suitable leadership style represents the characterizing attitude and procedure of the manager in his decision-making and also indicates the form of the relationship between the manager and their employees. Another important concept is motivation, we will learn about how it works, what are the most important motivators at this time and also how to prepare a suitable motivating environment.
Control Processes
Control is one of the basic managerial functions and is also one of the basic activities of a manager. Control is an important feedback in the management process. By its very nature, it can correct plans and strategies, organisational structures, efficiency and effectiveness of resource use, or the entire quality management process. Knowledge of control processes is key for management. Control Processes module aims to introduce students to the essence of the issues of the system and the control process.
